A few steps further lies the fully renovated building, with 2 identical apartments of 50 sq m each accommodating up to 4 guests, located on the ground floor. The apartments offer a lounge area with a double sofa bed next to the kitchen, a separate bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into one double and a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor apartments offer a great pool view.
1-Bedroom Apartment 1st Floor

2 first floor apartments of 50 sq m each, can accommodate up to 4 guests. In the apartment, one will find a lounge area with a double sofa bed next to the fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into one double and a bathroom with a shower. The first-floor apartments offer sea and pool views.
1-Bedroom Apartment 2nd Floor

Located on the second floor, our remaining two apartments can sleep up to 4 guests and measure 50 sq m each. In the apartment, one will find themselves comfortable on the double sofa bed next to the kitchen, while full privacy is provided with the separate bedroom, with two single beds that can be combined into one double and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony is a gem, offering great sea view to Agios Sostis beach.
Bungalow

One of a kind, the Bungalow located on the left side of the swimming pool stands alone. In its 45 sq m interiors, the bungalow can accommodate up to 4 guests. Two single beds that can be joined into one double are on the ground level and two more upstairs at the attic open space with a height of 1.20 m. The attic is suitable for kids because of the height limit. A well-equipped kitchen is available for meal preparation, to be enjoyed either at the dining table or at the outdoor furniture. The bungalow also features a spacious bathroom with shower.
Studio

On the mid-right side of the swimming pool 5 ground floor Studios are available offering a cozy space of 25 sq m each. Ideal for 2 guests, with two single beds, combined upon request. In the kitchenettes, a coffee maker as well as a toaster can be found, for a simple breakfast or a tasty coffee before the start of the daily exploration of the island. A bathroom with shower completes their interior. Some of these studios offer pool views from their balconies. The allocation of this room type is subject to availability.
Terry Attic Studio

The Terry Attic Studio is perfect for families or groups of 4. Named after one of the owners, it is situated on the first floor, near the Studios. The wooden details and decoration add a traditional touch to the enclosure, offering at the same time the warm sensation of an original country cottage. A double bed is available in the main area of the studio and two single beds in the attic, at a height of 1.50 m. A well-organized kitchen spreads along the wall and right next to it, there is the bathroom with a shower. From the quiet balcony, one can admire the green surroundings and the mountain views.
Studio with Garden View

Between the two main buildings of the complex, you will find the entrance to the
private Studio with Garden View. A practical space of 22 sq m, for 2 guests, with
all the essentials for a summer getaway. Two single beds that turn into one
double if needed, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette with an espresso
machine and a toaster for a quick bite. Relax on the outdoor furniture while
listening to the sound of the stream passing right next to you.
